  •   How do I install the agent on a PC or device?

    - Depending on the PC or device OS, there are different ways to install.
      - For more information about how to install program, please go to Customer Support-Download and read the agent manual. You can easily install it.

  •  How do I remote control?

    - Pressing the remote control button in the device menu of Administrator Web console, you can remote access to the device.
      - At Current Status Menu of Administrator Web Console, Press the remote control button, you can remote access to the device.
      - Click Accept in the remote access confirmation window, access agent files are downloaded. If you run this file, you can remote access to devices.

  •  What is Live View?

    - Live view is the function to check the status of multiple devices with monitoring the screen of whole devices.
      - At the device menu of the administrator web console, Clicking the live view mode button on the top right, you can monitor the screen of any device.

  •  How do I manage the device group?

    - By clicking the Add Group button on the left side of the device menu of the Web console, you can create a group.
      - You can find more detailed group management at Management-Group Setting Menu of Administrator Web console.

  •  What information do you provide about devices?

    - Resource information of the device's CPU, Disk, Memory usage, you can check in real time.
      - You can check the list of installed hardware and software, and process of devices.

    Sign Up

  •  How can I become a member?

    - To sign up for LinkMeMine, clink the login button or the Apply for Free Trial button on the top of the homepage.
      - You can access the service after you sign up with email authentication.

  •  I would like to know about the free trial.

    - Free trial is for 15 days with 5 devices.
      (Corporate license will be issued.)

  •  I don't get certified mail. What should I do?

    1. Attempts to login with email and password, you signed up with.
      2. Press the retransmission button to retransmit certified mail.
      3. If you do not receive the authentication mail continuously, please contact customer service .

    Agent

  •  How do I change the name of the agent?

    - You can change the name of the device in the administrator Web console by selecting it.
      - You can also change in the setting menu of the agent.

  •  How do I make sure the agent program runs automatically when devices are restarted?

    - Activate the 'Autorun when operating' option.
      - It can be activated in the setting menu of the agent

    Administrator Web Console

  •  Unable to login

    1. On the login page, click the Find ID / Password button
      2. Enter the email you signed up
      3. Authentication mail will be sent to your email you used with signing up. Click change password on the authentication mail you received.
      4. If you don't get the authentication mail or forget your email address that you sign up with, please contact the customer service.

  •  How do I change my ID and password?

    - Basically, the ID can not be changed.
      - To change your password , please change in the profile of the administrator Web console
      - If you do not remember the exsisting password , proceed according to the following procedure
      1. Go to login page and click on Find ID / Password button
      2. Enter the email you signed up
      3. Authentication mail will be sent to your email you used with signing up. Click change password on the authentication mail you received.
      4. If you don't get the authentication mailor forget your email address that you sign up with, please contact the customer service.

    - At the group management menu of the administrator web console, you can set up according to the alert criteria to display a warning device.
      - Settings are available for each device OS, and you can set threshold about the rise of access dropped and resources.

  •  What statistics does LinkMeMine provide?

    - You can see the statistics for remote control and alert.
      - Statistics are available monthly / daily / hourly search criteria .
      - You can check the history of a remote control / warning / connection.

  •  Can I create a user account?

    - At Management-User Management Menu of the administrator Web console, You can create users.

  •  Can I restrict permissions to users?

    - Available. There are four types of user rights, and to authorize differently for each user.
      - You can also set users to the certain device group, and set access user-by-user basis.

  •  I would like to know for OTP authentication. How do I use it?

    1. At Management-Profile Menu of the administrator Web console, Change the double authentication option to ON.
      2. After you log out , log back in to the administrator Web console .
      3. Start Google OTP, and shoot a QRCode to register (Require only once).
      4. Every time you log in , log into an access authorization code via Google OTP.

  •  I want to use LinkMeMine in the United States. Can you match all the time bands in the United States?

    1. At Management-Profile menu of the administrator Web console, Change the time zone to time zone you want. ( South Korea UTC + 9)
      2. All times indicated are expressed by converting a set time.

  •  What is Live View?

    - Live view is the function to check the status of multiple devices with monitoring the screen of whole devices.
      - At the device menu of the administrator web console, Clicking the live view mode button on the top right , you can monitor the screen of any device.

  •  Is it possible to check the history of devices have been access or controlled?

    - Available. You can track devices by types.
      - At the current status menu of the administrator web console, Pressing the audit trail button at the bottom to display the device access / control history progressed until now.
      - History of remote control can be checked in the Statistics/History menu.

  •  How can i use remote control?

      - At Current Status Menu of Administrator Web Console, Press the remote control button, you can remote access to the device.

    - Yes, LinkMeMine supports remote control for Windows. Please refer to the administrator's manual for more information.

  •  Can I transfer files?

    - Yes, LinkMeMine supports file transfering. Please refer to the administrator's manual for more information.

  •  What are additional features?

    - You can use the screen controls, file transfer, system restart / shutdown by default.
      - You can also use text chat, electronic blackboard, view system information, URL transmission, screen recording.

    Purchasing and Billing

  •  How do I extend the time period?

    1. Go to the Management-Payment History Menu at Administrator Web Console.
      2. Update existing payment history, or Press the Add device button at the top menu to proceed extension.

  •  I receive the payment error.

    - Please contact service center

  •  What happens when I puchase the product during the trial period?

    - It is calculated by adding the remaining trial period.
       For example, if you have 5 days of free trial remained and have a month payment, you can use the service for 1 month + 5 days.

  •  Can I get a cash receipt for LinkMeMine?

    - Available. Please contact the customer service center.

  •  Can I get an estimate for LinkMeMine?

    - Available. Please contact the customer service center.

  •  I would like to know the service fee and discount policy.

    - Please check service charge and additional features by pressing the pricing button at the top of the homepage.
      - One year payment, 10% discount will be applied.
